Wok And Chinese Recipes

firefox Many homes today have a Wok as part of their kitchen utensils. Although the Wok was originated in China it has found a home in western kitchens, along with many Chinese recipes that we love to prepare over and over. To me the Wok represents a quick easy to cook meal; a meal that will finish in less than 15 minutes. There are some that take longer to prepare but they are all delicious when finish. One other cool feature of the Wok is its versatility. You can use the Wok for many areas of your cooking preparation; it can boil, fry and steam. The Wok's high sides allow you to be adventurous when stirring your ingredients. The Wok is also synonymous with certain ingredients such as noodle, rice, Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot and many more.
